How long does shipping take?

Each tote is made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production and 3 to 7 business days for shipping within the United States. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer returns?

We stand behind the quality of our totes. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. If you would like to return your tote for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
